Now Pressing for 2017 Season, available at the farm in Brackney
Our award winning unpasteurized cider pressed right on our farm is made from a blend of 7 to 12 varieties of apples, which are selected for their contributing qualities in creating a juice with a great complex flavor including the right balance of sweet, tart, astringent and aromatic tones.
Russell Farms begins pressing their cider in September and offers it during the entire apple season at the farm in Brackney. We do special bulk pressings during Thanksgiving and Christmas to supply our customers with cider until the next season. For our customers interested in buying our cider in bulk we also offer the option to fill in supplied barrels.
